What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small values on your device. Both can remember choices between visits.
What this site uses
| Item | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consent preference | Local storage (essential) | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional storage so we do not ask on every page. | Until you clear it |
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we ever add optional analytics, it will only run after you accept it, and this notice will be updated first.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional storage using the consent panel shown on your first visit. You can also delete stored data at any time through your browser’s settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”. Declining does not affect access to any guide.
